Gabi was a wonderful host and guide. Her knowledge and love of architecture are apparent. The food was delicious. Large portions at lunch. Note: most retail and many restaurants are closed on Sunday. If you want to experience the city at its fullest, perhaps plan a day other than Sunday.

Annabelle delivered a delicious food tour of some of Salzburg’s best food and drink. She took to local eateries and told us all about the city. Her instructions helped us enjoy our free time before a relaxing train ride back to Munich.

I purchased the Fork and Walk tour with train ticket add-on. My trip was originally scheduled for 9:30 but I was asked if we could accommodate moving our tour up to 8:55 departure time which we agreed. An email advised I would receive our train tickets via email. Payment was applied to my card on Saturday March 22. I never received an email with tickets. Phone number temporarily unavailable, office not open over weekend and opens at 9 am Monday after the confirmed departure time of 8:55. I spoke to Viator and discussed if I miss that early train then tour guide will think I missed tour and I will be out more. Bought a 2nd ticket to fulfill the trip time. We had a lively time with Annabelle. Being able to enjoy Austrian foods and learning about life in Salzburg through her eyes was so delightful. Working with tour operator after spoiled the experience since they denied offering any refund for ticket portion. I asked for a copy of supposed email they sent to me bearing the date and email they sent to me. They ignored that request and are silent. Poor customer relations and unfair treatment. Having no weekend emergency contact that can resolve issues leaves customers having to solve conflicts on their own. Be careful of Fork and Walk.

Annabelle Is the ultimate Tour Guide that I’ve ever experienced. I’ve traveled the world and used many tour companies and guides. Her extraordinary knowledge of Salzburg and secret hidden gems had my group wowed! At the many venues of food delights, she chose varieties of Austrian delicacies that everyone left smiling. Annabelle‘s ability to become “one of us” made us feel that we had known her for years! Totally awesome experience for all. Annabelle Rocks! Charles

While the weather wasn't great (it was rainy and cloudy all day in Salzburg) we really enjoyed our day with Annabelle. She met us at the train station after our roughly 1:45 train trip from Munch (which was a fun part of the trip too---love seeing the German and Austrian countryside---so pretty). Loved our day in Salzburg!

This is an amazing tour. Annabelle provided not only awesome food but a wonderful history tour of the city. Don’t miss this opportunity.

Annabelle was an incredible host! We felt like we were shown the city by a dear friend. Lunch was delicious and we enjoyed seeing the highlights of the city.

Annabelle was amazing! She tailored our experience to our interests and palates, and made sure we tried special and unique foods of Salzburg.
