午前8時45分にミュンヘンのゾネン通り1番地80331に集合します。 そこには「メンター零戦」と書かれたツアーバスがあり、フレンドリーなドライバーとガイドがチェックインをお待ちしています。 午前9時に出発し、ミュンヘンのいくつかのランドマーク（ガイドが説明します）を通り過ぎ、最初の停留所であるリンダーホーフ宮殿へ向かいます。
午前11時頃、リンダーホーフ宮殿の駐車場に到着します。 宮殿を取り囲む庭園を自力で探索した後、宮殿の入り口へと向かいます。 最も小さく、家具付きの宮殿は19世紀にフランス語のロココ様式とバロック様式で建てられた。 ヴェルサイユ宮殿は建築様式と庭園の両方に影響を与えた。 ガイドツアーは午前11時10分から英語で生中継され、所要時間は約30分。 ツアーバスは午後12時に出発します。 （オプション「ノイシュヴァンシュタイン、NOリンダーホーフ！」の場合ではない）

ホーエンシュヴァンガウ村で、ガイドはノイシュヴァンシュタイン城ツアーのチケットを受け取ります（列をスキップ）。 その後、数あるレストランで昼食をとったり、ホーエンシュヴァンガウ城へ散策したり、アルプスの湖畔を散策したりと自由時間があります。 そして、マリエンブリッジ（Nr. 4) ノイシュヴァンシュタイン城へは徒歩（上り坂を30 - 40分程度）、シャトルバス/馬車（有料）で行くことができる。 ガイドが正確な詳細をお伝えします。 ノイシュヴァンシュタイン城のガイド付きツアーは、午後4時を過ぎてすぐに始まり、音声ガイド付きで約25分間です。 その後、ツアーバスに直接お戻りください。 ミュンヘンへの復路は、午後5時30分頃に出発します。
快適なコーチで2時間弱乗車した後、ミュンヘンのダウンタウンに戻り、集合場所で下車します。

Great experience. Be early for the bus, you wanna sit at the front for pretty views, but the back of the bus is still fine if you can’t. The hosts are lovely and helpful. The castle itself was incredible. A fairy tale. You can’t take photos inside unfortunately, very strict, but outside is still phenomenal
Had Elof as a guide and he was fantastic. Great mix of history and local information while still keeping things relaxed. Blended into the background until we had questions or thought we might be going the wrong way, then he’d just appear. Basically if batman was a tour guide but with a nicer personality and a better sense of humor!
had an amazing time on the tours of all of the sites and the history on the bus! everything was so beautiful and i thought it was a really great way to learn some of the history of the area. our guide Elof was excellent! we went on what was maybe the hottest day of the year but we stayed cool with lots of cold drinks and snacks on the very nice (air conditioned!) bus between stops. would definitely reccomend!
Long day but well managed. Guide was very good with drinks on bus on a very hot day. Castles are excellent.
We had the best day in this experience. Our tour guide Mark is one of the best guides we’ve encountered in our travels. Thank you Mark for the wonderful experience and your attention to all of us in your group. The bus and snacks were right on point. The driver was very skilled. The two castles and the whole life story of King Ludwig II are something not to be missed if you come to Munich.
The experience is amazing and worth doing at least once.Be prepared to do a lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes and clothing. No pictures allowed in the castles.
The whole experience was amazing! Maryanne was our guide and she was very punctual and helpful throughout the tour. She was also very impressive with her presentation of the history of not only King Ludwig II , but also of Bravaria and Prussia. I would recommend this trip to anyone!!
Well worth a look but expect allot of walking on the day. Recommend to see both castles as they are each unique.
Both castles that we visited were magnificent there is a lot of walking and a lot of stairs so make sure you wear comfortable shoes and take water with you. Would highly recommend doing this tour.
Pedro, our guide was fantastic. He was friendly & knowledgeable, also funny & very entertaining. He made sure everyone understood the instructions for each place, and his recommendation for lunch was perfect. My husband & I had trouble getting down the path from Neuschwanstein making us a little late to the pickup point. He did wait for us and made sure we were ok. Our driver (Agron?) was also super. He was so friendly and we felt very safe with his driving. They took great care of us.
