Terrible, customs took a little longer, I went out to the parking lot 5 minutes late and they were gone when I was already arriving at the van! For a person who is not new, I do not recommend it

I was put on a flight 8 hours later and the airline lost my bag so I changed my pickup time about 3 times and every time they were so helpful and understanding. I couldn’t recommend this service anymore!

Everything perfect, punctual. They communicated a while before to confirm the transfer and then when they were close. Good vehicle. Responsible driver.

I arrived in Lima around 9pm. I followed the instructions on where to meet the driver. I was bombarded with taxi drivers; they somehow figured out I was waiting for QuickLlama. Next thing I know, the assigned driver is making an excuse that they will be late, then they can no longer pick me up. I believe the individual taxi drivers that were waiting for pick-ups, were working with the QuickLlama and used it as a scam. I felt very uncomfortable and overwhelmed. I went back into the airport and hired a private taxi.

Good, adequate service and good value for the cost; the driver was helpful and it is recommended without issues.

We booked online for 17:30 1/6/26. Email received just before our flight saying 17:30 not available and we would have to wait until 19:40. Why was 17:30 available to book and pay for??? Then, when we arrived in Lima, WhatsApp chat was confirming 19:40 for the following day. We ended up having to take the public bus as WhatsApp chat stopped responding. No refund given. Do not recommend.

Good receptive company. Everything worked properly, I highly recommend. Despite being a lower cost, the van was new and the driver quite experienced.

I made a mistake in where the service covers in Lima, but they were willing to work it out. They sent a pleasant and helpful driver. Our communication was timely and responsive.
