Once the service was finally underway, the transfer itself was perfectly satisfactory. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and well suited to the journey, and the driver was courteous, respectful and professional throughout. I particularly appreciated his careful driving style, which was exceptionally cautious and safety-conscious. Although the car was not brand new, it was in good condition and provided a comfortable ride to the hotel. In the end, everything worked out well, and the actual transfer met my expectations. Unfortunately, the experience began with a series of avoidable issues. A few hours before my flight, I received a WhatsApp message indicating that I would be collected from my hotel and taken to the airport, which was exactly the opposite of the service I had booked. After unsuccessfully trying to reach the company by phone, I contacted them through Tripadvisor and was reassured that the problem would be resolved. However, upon arriving at Lima Airport, I was unable to locate my driver. The pick-up instructions were also somewhat confusing, as they referred to an international gate despite my arriving on a domestic flight. After checking several different airport entrances and waiting well beyond the scheduled pick-up time, I naturally became concerned, particularly given the large number of unofficial taxi drivers offering services outside the terminal. Attempts to contact the company again were unsuccessful. Fortunately, after approximately 20 minutes, I eventually spotted a driver holding a tablet displaying my name and discovered that he had only just arrived and was attempting to contact me via WhatsApp. While the situation was ultimately resolved and the journey itself was pleasant, the initial uncertainty created unnecessary stress at a time when travellers generally appreciate a smooth and reliable arrival experience.

It was terrible, the person was not where he should have been and it took a very long time to get together

Our driver was there waiting for us. He was a safe driver. Did not speak any English, but was still able to communicate to him. I think it’s worth spending the money upon arrival especially for a family with luggage

Solid experience, easy pickup, really appreciated the driver took a photo with the sign and the background area in the airport where he was, made pickup easy. Wish the car was a bit more comfortable and nicer.

We booked the services of these transporters via the Tripadvisor app. The service is impeccable, the car recent and very clean. The driver communicated with us before our arrival and was waiting for us with a sign with our name. I recommend this service to everyone
