We therefore strongly disagree with this review and, in particular, with the statement that our driver “never showed.” Our driver did arrive at the airport, met you and your partner, and transported you from the airport to Hotel Humano. We have the Viator ticket collected by our driver as a record of the completed service, and we also have a photograph showing you and your partner with our driver during the transfer. For this reason, we believe this review presents a version of events that does not correspond with our service records or the evidence we have confirming that the transfer was completed. We respect every traveler’s right to share their experience, but we also believe it is important to publicly clarify that the transfer was in fact provided and that we have both documentation and photographic evidence to support this. We are fully prepared to provide this evidence to Viator and clarify any questions regarding the reservation.
