ウォーターシェッドは、クイーンズタウンの高山風景に囲まれながら、熱いフィンランド式サウナと冷たい湖の滝の間をサイクリングする、ワカティプ湖の水上サウナ体験です。 コントラストセラピーのクラシックなリズムに沿って設計され、ゲストは山々を見下ろすデッキでサウナの熱、冷水、休息の瞬間を行き来します。 たいていの人は、自然にサウナに入り込んで、突っ込んで、休んで、そして繰り返すというパターンに陥ります。 クィーンズタウン中心部からわずか数分の場所にあるウォーターシェッドは、驚くほど町の中心部から離れているように感じられる、水上の落ち着いた空間を提供しています。 ゲストはハイキングやスキー、地域を探索した後、あるいは単にゆっくりしてリセットするために訪れることが多い。 体験はカップルや友人、コントラスト療法に興味がある人なら誰でもでき、特に山での1日の後の冬の儀式として人気がある。

Incredibly relaxing. Make sure to bring a water bottle. You will find a rhythm and feel so refreshed afterwards.
A wonderful way to finish a few days of skiing! The plunge pool is a must (but get ready for it 🥶)!
I am from Canberra and we do have floating sauna there. Always wanted to have this experience. Finally, did it in Queenstown. Friendly staff. Good location. Had a Taylor Swift songs playlist on the background. Loved it.
A sauna whilst floating on the lake, with a stunning view followed by a cold plunge into the lake to really wake up your senses!

It wasn't a private session....but everyone was very friendly. Wonderful views especially as it was a wintry evening the mountains were misty and it was later in the evening.
Best scenery for a sauna, and the cold plunge into the lake was incredible. Highly recommend for a post- ski recovery!

Lovely experience cold plunge uses the lake water so temp today reported to be 12° obviously this will alter depending on the season and weather Definitely recommend especially after a hike
