I've been on many tours in multiple countries and this was, bar none, the best tour company. I've had other tours where they sneak in extra fees. However, this tour guide ((Mattis) made sure I always knew what to do. He'd take me as close as he could - even to the actual ticket gate if possible for a visit. For Neuschwanstein thre is a part where he can't go, but he walked me through exactly what time to be at the inner gate with my ticket, and what to do, and things not to miss inside. I felt completely at ease. Another company, the guy left me off in the parking lot to figure it out myself! Beyond excellent service. It was the most stress-free experience I had on my dozens of tours. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED tour operator!

Lots of uphill walking and many steps in the castle. There is a horse drawn carriage ride for 8 euro to get you most of the way up the hill.

We had a wonderful tour across Bavaria with Lucas as our driver and guide! We were promptly picked up from our hotel in central Munich for our tour of Neuschwanstein, Lindenhof, and Oberammergau. Lucas was always ready with tidbits of history for each place and perfectly coordinated our tour details and logistics so all we had to do was show up and appreciate the scenery around us! He was more than happy to answer all our questions and took into account any requests we had for the day. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to see Bavaria's castles and countryside in a day without having to deal with massive tour groups or transportation and ticket logistics.
Well worth the money. Our guide Matej was outstanding. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. Time flew by on the drive with his explanation of the history and what we were about to see.
Bruce was a fantastic tour guide. He provided us with all of the historic information on what we were seeing. He had tons of details about the areas we were touring and driving through. He also gave us great recommendations for our stay in Munich. He was delightful and very informative. Highly recommend.
