A wonderful tour that went beyond expectations due to our guide, apart from being great company and with a great sense of humour, being very knowledgeable and making the tour highly enjoyable for us. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect tour. Julia was a fantastic guide. She picked us up at our hotel and took care of all the details and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She was informative, personable and delightful. We enjoyed spending the day with her. I highly recommend this tour!

This was an amazing tour from start to finish. Although this tour was a bit pricey, we booked it in order to simplify the logistics of scheduling, taking public transportation, etc. This was especially important since we were traveling with a small group that included two 80 year olds. We were picked up right outside our hotel door. The only thing we had to worry about all day was being on time for our pickup. Once we stepped into the comfortable clean and well air-conditioned van, everything else was taken care of. What made this tour even better was our tour guide Mattis. Not only did he give us information about the history of the castles that we visited, he also chatted with us about German culture, regulations, and what it was alike to grow up and go to school right near the famous Neuschwanstein Castle. He was kind, helpful and considered the needs and abilities of the members of our group. In addition he was an excellent driver, providing us with a smooth and comfortable ride while demonstrating courtesy to other pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists. I have booked a lot of tours and experiences through Viator and this was by far the best! The convenience and personal touches definitely made up for the expense of the trip. Our day trip to Neuschwanstein and Linderhof was a wonderful experience for the teenagers to the grandmother in our party. Sandro, our guide, was exceptional - we learned so much about the history of the beautiful area - his enthusiasm, energy and organization made our tour easy and relaxing. We loved that he took photos of the four of us and his recommendations for restaurants were excellent. Highly, highly urge anyone who wants to have a great day to take this tour with our guide who took care of everything, so we could just enjoy!

I've been on many tours in multiple countries and this was, bar none, the best tour company. I've had other tours where they sneak in extra fees. However, this tour guide ((Mattis) made sure I always knew what to do. He'd take me as close as he could - even to the actual ticket gate if possible for a visit. For Neuschwanstein thre is a part where he can't go, but he walked me through exactly what time to be at the inner gate with my ticket, and what to do, and things not to miss inside. I felt completely at ease. Another company, the guy left me off in the parking lot to figure it out myself! Beyond excellent service. It was the most stress-free experience I had on my dozens of tours. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED tour operator!
