Pick up late due to our hotel not in town and we got stuck in rush hours but finally all of things were turn out excellent. We would have extendes one more night but could not change our flight. Will be back
The boat is nice, the food is good, the staff are lovely, and the itnerary is also good. We enjoyed the cooking demonstration, the cave visit, and the kayaking. This is not the tour's fault, but this trip also made me sad. Ha Long Bay is beautiful, but it is so badly polluted that it makes it hard to enjoy. We were looking forward to getting away from the city to breathe in some clean air. Unfortunately, you will not find clean air in Ha Long Bay. The water was also very dirty and did not feel safe to swim in.
From the mini bus to the wonderful boat, all was top quality. Our host was magnificent, who participated in everything the cruise had to offer. Our cabin on board was regal, including a very large bath. The food was good. The bar staff very obliging. The clientele were international and it turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Hanoi. Convenient all inclusive tour. Takes you to all the main attractions in ha long bay. Accomodation is nice and views are even better. Entertainment and food all included
The experience was amazing! Seeing one of the natural wonders of the world was worth it. Friendly staff and great excursions.
The crew, Mr Jackie Pham and the other quests we met, were lovely people. The days were grey, but the people shone through.

It was great experience staying at Conrad, Sayli, from guest relation was kind enough to offer her guidance and warm wishes, refreshing to be at CORAD.
This trip exceeded our expectations, the boat was super clean and beautiful. It’s full of fun activities, but you’re also allowed to skip some and just relax if you want to. My boyfriend and I ended up singing Karaoke and drinking with the crew all night, and is definitely something we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Overcrowded. Herded like sheep everywhere. Grossly overpriced. Waited an hour and a half to get on the boat and another two and a half hours waiting to get picked up on our return. A complete rip off

What an experience! Its just a shame it had to end! We could not fault one tiny part of this tour. From the moment we were picked up right on time from our accomodation, to arrival at destination it all went seamlessly. We were met by the friendliest of staff who continued to provide all that we needed during our stay with Pelican Cruises. The professional manner in which they conducted themselves was second to none. The rooms spacious and spotlessly clean. The food was amazing and plentiful. The activities arranged for the passengers were excellent and suited all age groups. I can highly recommend Pelican Cruises to anyone seeking a five star experience!
