Beautiful experience! Polite, professional, and helpful staff. Mike, our guide, was super knowledgeable and kind. Special mention for Dang, a very nice guy who entertained us with some wonderful magic tricks!! Excellent food and drinks, we also really liked the activities. I recommend it!

Our first time in HaLong Bay couldn’t have been better! What an experience! Our guide, Tom, made us feel special from the very beginning and he took care of making every single moment a memorable one. We didn’t have to worry about anything because you knew he’d be attentive and helpful with whatever you needed. He took us kayaking to a really unique place and explained so many interesting facts about this amazing country. And what a lesson he gave us in Tai Chi! 6am sundeck lesson in the middle of HaLong Bay! What else can you ask for?!

We had an amazing time cruising through Bai Tu Long Bay! Our tour guide Sunday was enthusiastic, funny and made sure everyone had a great time. There were plenty of fun activities, including kayaking, swimming, Tai Chi and a cooking class, while still having enough time to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The food was delicious, and our room was clean and comfortable. The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend this cruise!

We got to spend the last 2 days on the Swan Cruise, for a wonderful trip through Bai Tu Long Bay. We were already picked up at the hotel by the guide named Sunday. A wonderful guide who tells beautiful stories and makes the whole experience a party. The boat is also completely top, clean, spacious rooms and great staff. We made friends with the staff, including Dong and of course with Sunday. This cruise is definitely recommended if you want to take a fully catered trip on the water along the most beautiful islands in Vietnam. The food was also super and the activities were also totally great. Overall a real recommendation. Hello Vincent

We had an icredible good time within this tour. Probably so far the best what we have seen during our holiday in Vietnam. Especially our tour gide, Sunday, is unbelivable. From the first minute, when we had contact with him, until the last minute, he took care for everything. Beside the perfekt organization of the tour he gave us authentic inside knowledge about the region, culture, food and even music with a personnel performance on his monocord. We felt in every moment secure with him. The crew of the ship is also terrific. Al wishes concerning food were fully fullfilled, vegetarian, only salad, or no pork eater, the Crew served for everybody the right meal.

Kent is a wonderful person, very kind ed explains everything very clearly He shows the most beautiful places Highly recommend!!!!
