Firstly, having done a cruise several years ago on Halong Bay I can say that Lan Ha Bay is a better choice. It is cleaner and has far less boat traffic. We really enjoyed the cruise, it was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. The quality of the cruise was excellent, the vessel clean and room nice, including a decent shower and bathroom. We both particularly enjoyed the "sun deck" having plenty of shade which many other boats don't have. Food was good and drinks fairly priced. Our guide Phuc aka Sunday was excellent and made sure that everyone's experience was positive.

The stay went very well, the entire team is very kind and attentive. Kent is very friendly; during the kayaking excursions, he was able to provide answers to our questions. I highly recommend this company; the staff and the boat are very pleasant.

This was amazing! Kent told us everything about the nature. He can do anything; cook, kayak, singing, you name it! The crew and him made our stay very pleasant! ❤️

We had Mike as our guide and he was terrific. He was very clear on what was happening and when and where we needed to be. My birthday happened to fall when we were on the cruise. Mike and the cruise team made a celebration happen which was so unexpected. The cruise staff were very warm and extremely helpful. The food was delicious. The activities great fun and the crew very professional in helping us come and go from the boat to do these activities as well as taking us from A to B on cruise. I would not hesitate if I was askec if I would like to go on a Sena Cruise again.

We recently spent two days and one night with my husband on the Sena Cruise, a luxurious and warm boat with a very attention to detail and attention to detail. We highly appreciated the rooms that combine comfort, superb decor and incredible panoramic views! The guide "Sunday Fun day" was impressive, we could thanks to him to enjoy every moment, he knew how to make our moments on this magic boat, with a mixture of art, talent and history....I say no more because I would not spoiler! A great experience in Vietnam, the guide (Kent) is perfect, cuts in 4 to help you and make you have the best times. No problems, only solutions! Discovered meal rather nice with a nice team on the boat (Hau is very nice and smiling from morning to night!). The activities (Kayaking, boat ride, karaoke, taï chi, swimming around the boat are a pleasant complement to the journey in the heart of this exceptional landscape. Note: no stable telephone network on the lagoon and the boat wifi is linked to the same constraints. Note 2: Kent came in the limo bus to pick us up and take us back to the foot of the hotel.

We had a great time on our Sena cruise! Communication and service were excellent! Pick-up and travel to the marina were smooth. Room was comfortable. Food was delicious and accommodating. Tommy was an amazing tour guide, so helpful, and gave us interesting information along the way.
