Great tour and extensive knowledge
Our guide was excellent. Very engaging and informative. I have given 4 rather than 5 stars as it was not a small group as indicated it would be. There were 12 of us. We also started late, so on a short 2 hour tour to lose 30 minutes felt a shame Otherwise very enjoyable Thank you Gianluca
Very informative couple of hours with the guide at Pompeii. Booking and meeting the guide was very smooth. My wife and kid had to cancel 2 days prior due to a medical issue and they were gracious enough to not charge cancellation charges due to the circumstances. Guide was very knowledgeable and was able to show us the important places, though the place was unbearably hot.
Our guide Mary told us she would try to help us imagine what life in Pompei was like 2000+ years ago and that is what she did. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and entertaining. We were glad we booked this tour!
Wonderful tour! There is so much more to see it would take 2 days. But if you have young kids, find the G rated tour as the red quarter has graphic frescoes
I don’t think we saw everything that we were supposed to. The guide spent too much time standing and talking rather than walking to see as much as possible. I have been on better tours
Our guide was Gianluca (Luca). He was fantastic! He not only offered key details about Pompeii, but ensured we were able to visit the various stops on our itinerary despite throngs of tourists. Going without a guide is difficult to navigate let alone get into the key houses etc. He appears to know everyone smoothing the way. Finding him was easy and they allowed us to use the bathroom in the suisse restaurant where we met before starting the tour.
Excellent tour, Vincenzo our guide was absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He even scooped up a poor old lady who was suffering in the heat and carried her to safety and then carried on with our tour.

My wife and I enjoyed a great tour of Pompeii with Paola! She was extremely entertaining and knowledgeable, keeping us engaged and interested throughout the tour. Her passion for the subject matter shined through and I learned alot! Highly recommend
