Bob was the best! We learned so much about the history of the market and sampled lots of great food.
Bob was a terrific tour guide. He was informative, kind and considerate. We got to do tastings at approx 10 different places and none of them fell short. It was a nice way to see the market.
Our guide Chip was amazing. His knowledge of the history of Pike Market was voluminous. Without his guidance we would not have had such backround knowledge. Each place he took us too had a history which he shared. The tastings were spot on. Great variety and each one totally delicious with very friendly vendors. We will go back to the market today and revisit the places we went with Chip and go to other places he recommended.
Bob Williams was SUCH an amazing tour guide and I would highly recommend you ask for him if you're booking this tour. He shared interesting historical facts about the city of Seattle using pictures, stories, and creative storytelling; he was kind to everyone in our group but also to the people throughout the city that we passed along the way; he made concessions for the "elders" among our group; and truly enjoyed teaching our group about Seattle! Just a side note: I've been on a Pike St. Market tour in the past which was also good but Bob truly made this one unique and memorable! THANKS BOB! This world needs more people like you!
The choice of food items were great. Bob had a little bit of an impossible task of talking over the noise of the market place but he was fun

This tour is a must for a trip to Pikes Market. Our guide Bob gave us such depth into the history and evolution of what now is the booming Market Place. He was very knowledgeable and kind to the venders, tipping the musicians as we passed, talking up the venues, providing us sumptuous tasters everywhere we stopped. So worth it!!! Very busy place but we went on weekday. Were told weekends are busier!!!!
