The information was wonderful - what we heard. It was a large group with seniors who walked slower. A lot of information was missed because he shared information to the front and did not wait for the people behind. I tried to get closer, but there were slower people who needed help and The tour operator did not wait.

Great history lesson on underground Seattle! Mike was funny, entertaining, and knowledgeable. I was fine with the uneven ground and stairs, but people with limited mobility may not be able to handle it. Overall, a great experience!
