Eat Seattle Toursのシェフガイドが案内する2時間のパイクプレイスマーケットのウォーキングツアーでは、16社のパートナーベンダーによる9つのテイスティングが楽しめます。 ガイドはシアトルの現役シェフで、ここで買い物をし、カウンターの向こうにいる人たちと知り合いです。 ほとんどのルートにビーチャーの「世界一」マックとチーズが入っています。 ビーチャーのパートナーと 一緒に食事するツアーは 俺達だけだ その他、パイクプレイスチャウダー、職人のチョコレート、マイスのタコスなども立ち寄ります。 列をとばして、シェフがどのように農産物を漁り、魚を判断するかを学び、マーケットを機能させる小規模ビジネスの背景にある話を聞くことができます。 *ツアーストップは時期やガイドによって調整する場合があります。 距離、小高い丘、階段、石畳などペースの速いウォーキングツアーです。着席式のレストランツアーではなく、マーケットツアーです。 適度な体力が必要。

Nels not only shared unique and local food but history of Pikes Place too! Great and engaging tour! We’d go again!
This was a great tour. Very informative and good food. The guide was awesome. Would highly recommend.
If is a warm sunny day you will be standing in the hot sun with no shade nor a place to sit. I am a retired nurse practitioner and I knew I was beginning to develop heat stroke. The Truffle stop was a major sales pitch to buy their products. We left after this stop.
Food was fantastic, wide variety. Chowder, Pizza, Cookie, Salmon Jerky, Tacos, Gelato, Meat pie, Fresh Fruit and chocolate.
Will was a great guide who gave us just the right amount of history and information about the wide variety of foods we sampled!
Interesting to be introduced to wide variety of foods that we may not normally have tried… ie mr waffles or turkish foods.
I had a great time on this food tour! I was wary because I thought it might be too "basic" at a touristy place like Pike Place Market, but I learned a ton about Seattle food history, market history, truffles, ice cream and more. Our guide, Noah, was very friendly and talkative and had a genuine enthusiasm for what he shared with our group, and he had great relationships with all the shopkeepers we encountered. The food was sample sized, but that was fine so we could try a lot of different things without filling up - very different from the food tour we did in Reykjavik, which featured generous portions. It was nice to taste things like the chowder and ice cream that others had to wait in long lines to get. I felt like I understood the Pike Place Market so much better afterwards. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed a great variety of food, good company and a terrific guide in Chef Rob Bob! He thoughtfully accommodated our daughters food preferences and ensured we all enjoyed Pike Place Market.
Chef Will made the experience fun and informative. We tasted so many spots we were planning on visiting like VIP guests. Thanks for a great experience!!!
Every bite was excellent! Will has thoughtfully curated a tasting tour of local foods that exceed expectations. The servings were nice sizes, there was a balance of sweet and savory, and Will explained why that food works. Our personal favorites were the Carnitas Taco on an heirloom blue corn tortillas and the Pike Place Clam Chowder. Will, thank you.
