Such an amazing experience! As first-timers, we really didn’t know what to expect, but Yuki made the entire experience so easy, comfortable, and memorable from the very beginning. From helping us choose and properly wear our kimonos, to patiently guiding us through the traditions and steps of preparing matcha tea, everything felt thoughtful and special. There’s something beautiful about slowing down and experiencing a small part of Japanese culture firsthand—the care in putting on the kimono, the graceful movements of the tea ceremony, and the simple ritual of making and enjoying matcha. Yuki was incredibly helpful and patient every step of the way, especially knowing this was all new to us. We never felt rushed or intimidated—just welcomed and encouraged to enjoy the experience. For our first kimono and tea ceremony, it couldn’t have been more memorable. Definitely one of those experiences that makes a trip to Japan even more special. 🇯🇵❤️

The kimono selection was beautiful, and they took their time making sure everything was styled perfectly. The tea ceremony was such a special and peaceful experience. We bought the cheapest package for less than £40 for 2 tickets. The owner stated about 8 times we needed a couples package even though I'd bought 2 tickets, that package was more than double what I paid. I had to be really firm with her. Then she said the tickets were for small & medium kimono only, so I said I know that's the sizes we want and what I've paid for. Later she said she wanted a QR code which I didn't have just the ref number. She took my phone and told me 4 times to leave a review. Why on earth would she think I'd leave a good review she totally spoiled what could have been a lovely experience. The flip flops she gave my husband were too small.

Wow I am so happy I booked here. The owner was so sweet and helpful and her selection of kimonos were amazing. I would 100% recommend!
