Our driver was wonderful. We were stressed about a flight delay but he communicated quickly with us and put us at ease. We had no issues whatsoever. We appreciate Imran taking such great care of us.
Santiago pointed out the different neighborhoods we drove through and various landmarks. He was very friendly and got us to our hotel safely
The driver was in communication via text. There was a traffic jam and he sent photos and time estimates. I waited no more than 15 minutes before pick up. Drop off was seamless as well. A job well done and I would use it again.

Car was very dirty, cracked windshield and wrecked of cigarettes. Dirty from the inside like it hasn’t been washed in years.

The driver showed up 30 minutes late past the scheduled pick up time of 6am. He did not seem very happy when he got to us. Put our luggage in his trunk without saying a word and went straight back to the drivers seat. I got in the car and smiled and said good morning. He looked at me and turned away without saying a word. I got motion sickness on the drive it was so bad. He kept looking at his phone and texting the whole drive. His car had mechanical issues. Everytime we would stop the whole car would vibrate. When we finally reached our destination, he got out of his car, took our luggage out and put it in the street. As I was saying thank you he walked back to his car and drove away. His car was programmed in mandarin which is fine with me. My husband is Chinese and tried to speak mandarin to him. He just ignored him too. The driver was simply put, rude. Overall not a good experience.

Martin was very helpful, and even stopped so I could get some water. Despite heavy traffic from a recent issue in Manhattan he tried his best to be speedy.
