Everything went well. Driver was great. Traffic was heavy but driver tried his best to get us to our destination as quickly as possible. Succeeded.

Was able to get on an earlier flight. Landed two hours earlier. Wrote the company asking for a pick up in two hours instead of four was denied. Uber and Lyft can get you a ride in minutes but yall are unable to move a ride up or find another driver in two hours. Even more annoying, after I told the driver I no longer needed the ride. They proceeded to call me multiple times after midnight. Extremely rude to call someone multiple times late at night when I told you I didn’t need the ride anymore. Waste of money and time. If you are a ride company and cannot change a ride within a couple of hours you have no business offering rides.

The reservation was correct and it was easy to meet the driver, although I requested a Spanish-speaking driver well in advance, but in the end, everything went very well.
