Great communication, he was texting but a bit late on the pick up solely due to high traffic. Excellent kind driver, clean car, he worked hard to find the best route to get to our location in the shortest amount of time. I will use this service in the future

Viator booked my ride for the wrong day, provided no contact, and then was rude and not at all apologetic or helpful, and then told me they would “request” a refund without confirming their mistake. The worst customer service ever. We took a cab.

I provided our driver info from the time we arrived to the baggage claim to the time we arrived at the pickup location via WhatsApp and he was still 15 minutes late. Also he did not speak any English which made it difficult to communicate with him. Not sure why the company would pair us with him, not a good experience.

We arrived at NYC and there wasn't a text message with driver details. We called them and they couldn't find our reservation. We were told to call Viator who did have our reservation and called the tour company. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes Viator came back on the line and said the company couldn't find our reservation and to take a taxi and we would get a refund. A few minutes later the tour company emailed and said it was our fault because we didn't tell them the flight information. However this was input when we made the reservation. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Ok the driver was fine - but I texted him when I landed and before we took off. I still waited 7-8 min at passenger pick up. I wasn’t upset but was expecting him to be there. The main thing that made 4 stars is - I asked some questions like “does subway go to citifield” he said no. I almost ubered there for $150 round trip. No English really. So not sure if that was a factor. It was not bad at all and totally worth the money but there were those two things

Easy interactions with driver via text for airport meeting place, car type and license plate. Transfer was longer than expected but driver was challenged by traffic and construction.
