Lot of car service companies out there and it’s a worry after a long flight or a pick up from hotel back to the airport. We need not of worried! Excellent community throughout, friendly, productive driver, on time, beautiful vehicle! We just used them twice in NYC and like the fact that everything is included too. Very very happy!

Great service! I driver showed up on time & was so nice. Great way to arrive into NYC. My only complaint was that they were very delayed on responding to messaging & didn't send confirmation on when the driver was to show up but that had nothing to do with the driver or the experience.

The actual driver was great but the company gave the driver the wrong address for another hotel with a same name in the area. Thankfully we were picked up early so he had plenty of time to get to the correct location and get us to the airport. If your destination has a similar hotel name close by, I’d double check with your driver just to make sure you have the correct address or you might be stuck waiting on the curb for 30 minutes like we were.

No driver was there when we arrived and no communication. We finally got someone and were told they would get a driver and the driver called and said he would pick up at another terminal (after 40 minutes. We paid $200 up front and got nothing.

I haven't even taken the trip yet, I just booked, but I called to verify the booking, and the woman that answered was amazing. She found my reservation quickly and told me that they would call before the pickup time in case I made any changes. She also to me that they will track my flight out of LGA and if there were any flight schedule changes they would let me know. I feel so good knowing that we are covered- definitely worth the cost just for the peace of mind.

This was the best transfer service to the airport. Our driver was at the hotel right on time and the communication about pickup times was top notch. You can use this company and know that they will be there when they say they will. If you want a worry-free transfer to the airport, book this company now. The drive was smooth, the vehicle clean and spacious, and we were to the airport with more than enough time to check in and get to our gate without having to rush or worry about missing a flight. I highly recommend this service!
