It was sweltering hot but nevertheless we had a very relaxed tour with a very knowledgeable and fun guide Kris. Mix of history highlights and fun facts One of our better bike tours!

Highly highly recommended. We had a fantastic guide - Chris (or Krzysztof in Polish) who told great stories with huge local knowledge and was great fun. Very relaxed and informative plus we had an ideal group with just four of us plus Chris! Only put 4 starts for meeting place because our app tried to take us in a hotel. It was a few doors down and down a corridor. The welcome was friendly and Chris our tour guide was excellent. He made the tour interesting with stories and historical anecdotes, he added humour too, which i appreciated. The tour went on for a little longer than stated and I was ready for dinner by the end. There was a break but good idea to bring water and a snack! I learnt a lot and would highly recommend
Hello, thank you for your review and your kind words! As a advise for future guests. Unfortunatley, sometimes the location pins from the apps can be misleading - so sorry for that. That's why always worth to check description of your ticket/voucher - it is clearly stated name of the street, number of the building and further guidelines how to find us. Our team and guides are always helpfull and welcoming. Sometimes tour can last a little bit longer. Especially, when we have a great people. For us it's not only a job, but also oportunity to meet new people and exchange some thoughts and create an atmosphere of a great comfort for our guests. Those convrsations can make this expirience unforgetable. Bringing bottle of water is always good idea - espcially during summer days! Exploring Krakow with Krzysztof was a delight! He captivated the group with stories and legends. During a coffee break with the guide and six other people, we discussed plenty of movies in a home-like atmosphere. Following the guide's recommendation, I enjoyed a tasty, reasonably priced lunch. I was sad when the time came to leave such great company — 3.5 hours had passed in the blink of an eye! Totally worth joining.

Thomas was an excellent guide! He explained so beautifully about the place, and with a high sensitivity about the issue of the Jews in World War II. He also gave an amazing break with the bicycle and helped fit as best as possible.

We had a fantastic bike tour with Krakow Bike Tour and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The tour lasted around 3–3.5 hours and was one of the highlights of our visit to Kraków. Our guide, Chris (Krzysztof in Polish), was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the city’s history and culture. His English was perfect, and he shared a wealth of fascinating information throughout the tour, making every stop interesting and engaging. The route was very well planned, covering many of Kraków’s key sights while also taking us to places we might never have discovered on our own. We felt extremely well looked after from start to finish. We were fortunate to be in a small group of just four people at the start of the season, which made the experience even more personal and enjoyable. The bikes were comfortable, the pace was relaxed, and the whole tour was informative, fun, and professionally run. If you’re visiting Kraków and want an excellent introduction to the city, this tour is a must. Highly recommended
