When there is a typhoon on the coast of Tokyo you should have CANCELLED our trip to Mount Fuji ! When you have 3 of the 5 elements of our trip cancelled (Rope walk, cable car, and boat cruise) which the tour guide knew about before the trip started, and many of the eateries closed, it was a pointless experience, a wasted day, and very dangerous at the top of the cable car around the sulphur springs, we could barely stand up! over 5 hours in a coach with torrential rain was not a good day out……… then to be told we’d get a refund of our entrance fees, all of 3,000 Yen but that it would take 3-4 weeks. So disappointing!!!

Such a great experience although it rained the instructor was amazing she made sure we got the best of this trip.

Zoe, our tour guide, conducted a outstanding tour of numerous sites and experiences outside Tokyo. Her explanations of each site was very clear and easy to understand. Also she made every effort that everyone was comfortable with 10 plus hour tour. A day well spent that included cable car, boat trip and a return on Bullet Train.

Very organized, tour guide was helpful and informative. The bus was comfortable, great value for your money

This is a nice way to spend the day in the Hakone area. Would advise to start with the boat trip first then rope way, funicular and train. Opposite of most people.

The tour guide was great. She gave us a lot of information and was entertaining. The tour itself was lacking excitement. It was just a short cruise on a lake, cable car ride with very limited views (windows were a bit scuffed and hard to see through) , stop at the place for black eggs then a very long stop at some shopping area which is targeted to western tourists. I don’t recommend this unless you enjoy shopping.

Brilliant trip. Excellent guide. The highlight was the cruise on the lake (Mount Fuji covered bu clouds but can't do much about that). Would do this again definitely.

They should know what tour company they use and have the reference number ready they should also be early in the meet up as it is not that organised

Thus was a nice one day tour to Hakone and the ropeway to view Mount Fuji. We did get a glimpse of the magestic Mt. Fuji. The guide was excellent.

The tour was great and everything in the itinerary was accomolished. I just wish there is a signbord or someone carrying a sign at the meeting point about which bus to go to coz a lot of us where quite confused and had to ask every single bus driver or rep if it was our bus.
