Prem brought us on a day trip to Mount Fuji. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see Mount Fuji as it was covered in cloud! However Prem brought us up in a cable car (again cloudy!). Still a fun day with Prem

We had an amazing day on our mount Fuji daytrip! From the minute we were picked up by our guide Ryu, I knew we were in for a great day! He suggested a pick up time 1hr earlier than planned to avoid city traffic and crowds for the first stops of our tour. This worked out great, and so I would definitely recommend! We wasted no time getting to the first stop learning more about Japan through our very knowledgeable guide Ryu. Throughout our tour Ryu was very thoughtful, he made sure we got the most out of our daytrip, accommodating for us to spend more or less time at stops to suit our needs, making lunch stop recommendations and offering to take our photo without us having to ask! Ryu has over 20 years of experience with these tours and this was evident to see from his passion, knowledge and his interactions with local business owners. Although fuji was not visible for the vast majority of our trip we still thoroughly enjoyed all the sights we visited. This daytrip was more than just Fuji, we experienced culture, lesser known beautiful shrines, and speaking to local people. It was amazing to see a more rural Japan, an escapism from the hustle and bustle of city life for the day! Weather did unfortunately throw the second part of our day off course, rain meant we were unable to take the ropeway at Hakone or take the Bullet train back to central Tokyo. However with this being said Ryu suggested a very similar alternative of taking the ropeway at Lake Kawaguchiko instead and we did a very exciting speedboat ride across the lake. This felt like the perfect end to an amazing daytrip! Would definitely recommend this tour to family and friends and to request Ryu as your guide!

My husband and I had an amazing tour with Imran today! We started early to beat the traffic and get the most out of our day. Imran was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible throughout the entire tour. He made sure we experienced the highlights of Mount Fuji and Hakone without ever feeling rushed. One of my favorite parts was the fun speedboat ride on Lake Kawaguchiko, followed by a delicious lunch. Imran made the long day comfortable and enjoyable, and we truly appreciated his excellent service. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting Japan!

Wonderful day today - Our guide , Prem was excellent; he took us to Mount Fuji, Shrines ,Hackney,gondola trip to the top of an active volcano, and a cruise on a Pirate ship !!- all in a calm collected way.and to finish it off,we had a trip on a Bullet train as well. As someone who lived in Japan for a few years, I really appreciated Prem’s knowledge and insights. Since we spoke English, he was an excellent bridge when communicating with Japanese speakers and was very well spoken. He was also incredibly helpful, even taking the time to show us how to navigate the train stations and use the ticket machines, taken family photos. We packed so much sightseeing and so many great experiences into just one day. Visiting Mount Fuji and the surrounding areas was absolutely beautiful, and we made some unforgettable memories along the way. Prem was our guide today. He showed up promptly to pick us up from the hotel. He asked for our input to tailor the itinerary to fit our expectations. He was very very kind and patient. The car was comfortable and he was a skilled driver. Towards the end, my daughter and I got off at the wrong station using the cable car and he was kind enough to drive an additional 15 minutes to come rescue us. I enjoyed the laid back pace of the trip. He gave helpful information throughout the tour. We had a lovely day. My daughter is a teenager and she really enjoyed the trip and appreciated the slower, laid back pace where we didn’t feel rushed from one site to another. I highly recommend Prem and this trip by visitor.

Our day out included a 3 hour shopping and lunch at Gotemb outlets shops, a ride on Hakone Ropeway, a cruise on Lake Ashi and finally returned to Tokyo on shikansen bullet train from Odawara station.
