We had a great experience with Neo Travel, and Noushad from Neo Travel is an amazing guy. He is a safe driver, keeps the cab clean, and speaks English, Hindi, and Malayalam, which made it very easy for us to communicate and get information from the locals. Our Kerala trip was amazing because he was not just our driver but also a local guide. He helped us with navigation, suggested places to visit, and made the whole trip much easier and more enjoyable. I would highly recommend asking for his availability if you are planning to book with Neo Travel. Have a great trip!

Great experience. No hidden fees. We got a car and driver for 3 days. The driver was accomodating, friendly and very helpful. He showed us around Munnar properly and helped make our trip great.

The driver Libin Jacob was very professional and he drove safely as he holds lots of experience on how to handle customers.

Our experience with Neo Travel Mart was exceptional, characterized by their reliability, professionalism, and prompt service. We were particularly impressed with our driver, Vishnu, whose supportive and attentive conduct greatly enhanced our five-day trip to Kerala. Neo Travel Mart is highly recommended.

It was a great experience. The trip was a successful trip and the driver and coordinators were extremely great and supportive. The services were great and we really loved it.

We had a wonderful experience with Neo Travel mart and Vishnu ji on our ride from Ernakulam to Munnar. The team at Neo Travel mart was very helpful and provided the service quickly and smoothly. Vishnu ji is a very good and experienced driver, knows the roads, good spots & eateries very well, and made sure we reached quickly and safely. He was also very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the journey. Highly recommended for a safe and comfortable trip to Munnar.

Booked 4 day Kerala trip with Neomart taxi service and the entire experience was truly amazing. Vehicle was nice and clean with enough space. Best part of the taxi service was the driver Naushad. He was a great driver and an amazing human being. He was extremely courteous and helpful and guided us to some amazing places. He just made our trip more memorable than ever.

An absolute 10/10 experience! We booked our week-long Kerala trip through Neo Travel Mart, opting for a car rental with a driver, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide than Mr. Noushad. From Athirappilly and Munnar to Alleppey and Fort Kochi, Noushad navigated every highway and hairpin turn with the utmost care, making us feel completely safe the entire time. What truly set him apart, though, was how wonderful he was with our kids. He was flexible, incredibly patient, and easygoing, which took all the usual travel stress right off our shoulders. If you are planning a trip to Kerala and booking with Neo Travel Mart, ask for Mr. Noushad—he truly made our family vacation unforgettable!
