Very good organized trip, everything was on time, guide was polite and did his work on 100%
Many thanks for your great review! We are pleased that the tour was on time and our guide satisfied you. Thank you for your recognition, and we look forward to your next visit. Thank you for choosing Mubus. Wish you all the best.
We received a helpful WhatsApp confirmation with all key details one day before our tour. The gathering spot is easy to locate outside Subway Exit C. Mubas staff in red shirts are there, plus a 7‑Eleven and public restrooms nearby. Be fully ready before checking‑in, as you cannot leave after signing. The bus is not at the subway exit; we walked five minutes to board. Our 8 a.m. group arrived ahead of most tourists. Guide John is knowledgeable and breaks down complex Great‑Wall history simply. We bought cable‑car and slide tickets from him at official counter prices. After rain, the grand wall and rugged mountain views were spectacular. Mubas’ building has an air‑conditioned lounge with free snacks and water, and the upstairs buffet serves pizza and fresh produce.
We appreciate your thorough feedback. It is our aim to send clear pre-tour information to all guests for smooth preparation. We are pleased that you found the meeting point convenient and satisfied with guide John’s professional commentary. Thank you for recognizing our lounge and buffet service. We look forward to your next visit. Thank you for choosing Mubus. Wish you all the best.
The tour was really nice, Helly (our guide) was exceptional, very friendly and insightful. The walk on the Great Wall was a challenge but it was worth it! So much history behind it. Also the summer Palace.. was impressive, everything done by manual labor! Nice trip!
We appreciate your positive feedback. We are glad that guide Helly delivered an outstanding tour experience for you. Thank you for your recognition, and we look forward to your next visit. Thank you for choosing Mubus. Wish you all the best.
Excellent trip with a super guide Cici. Very well organised day and started off by a great lunch on arrival at “ The wall” which was an experience not to be missed. All fees were covered except the cable cars up and down - so you can choose to do the east side or the west side walk or both. Very good communication before the day too in terms of what to bring and meeting point directions which could not have been clearer.
Thank you so much for this wonderful review! Glad Cici and our well-organized tour impressed you. Hope to see you again soon! Thank you for choosing Mubus. Wish you all the best.

Standing here felt surreal. Walking along the Great Wall, taking in the incredible views, and imagining the history behind every step made this a truly special experience. The buffet food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes and plenty of flavors to enjoy. One I’ll remember for a long time. ❤️
We really appreciate you sharing this precious moment with us. There is nothing better than knowing you felt the magic of the Great Wall while enjoying our varied buffet. The Great Wall holds countless old stories waiting for visitors to discover. Wish you all the best and hope to see you again.
We had a great experience with MUBUS. The pick up process was very easy, smooth and convenient and we had a very comfortable bus ride to and from the Mutianyu Great Wall. Miss CiCi especially was very helpful and friendly. She gave a very informative explanation about the history of the great wall and provided us with route maps and helped us choose which tour route would be convenient for everyone based on their personal preferences. It was also very convenient for us because Miss CiCi could speak english well making it so much easier for us to understand and ask questions without using translators. She was really helpful in guiding us to the MUBUS station at the great wall premises and explaining how everything worked. The complimentary food and the buffet provided by MUBUS was exceptional and overall the tour package was well worth the price! My family and I had a wonderful time at the Great Wall. Thanks MUBUS and especially Miss CiCi!! 🌸
Many thanks for your positive feedback. We are pleased that CiCi’s friendly service, route guidance and fluent English, together with convenient pickup, comfortable bus and tasty buffet, made your family’s Mutianyu tour wonderful. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to see your family again. Thank you for choosing Mubus. Wish you all the best.
Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The whole trip was very easy and well organized, with everything running smoothly and exactly as planned. A special mention has to go to our guide, Mike, who was phenomenal! He speaks English exceptionally well, is extremely knowledgeable, and, most importantly, incredibly funny and entertaining. He made the whole experience even more enjoyable and kept us laughing throughout the day. The organization was excellent, the journey was straightforward, and we never had to worry about anything — we could simply enjoy the Great Wall and the experience. Highly recommended! If you’re considering a Great Wall tour, definitely go for it — and if you get Mike as your guide, you’re in for an especially great day!
