The problem that I had with your service that it was very confusing who I needed to talk to to set up my trip from the cruise terminal to the airport. I thought that the agent I first talked with would relay the details to the sedan operator. That did not happen so there was no sedan available. We had to get a taxi. I think that we are due a refund for a trip not provided.

We booked this service to take us from the cruise port back to the airport. We had to guess as to what time we would clear customs and be ready for the ride, and we ended up being off the ship and ready more than an hour before the scheduled time of pickup. I called the company, and they were super nice. They contacted our driver, Stephen, and he was able to head on to the port and pick us up very quickly, within only maybe 15 minutes. He was extremely nice and professional, and the car was immaculate. Fantastic service
