Horrible!!!!!!!! We waited 80 minutes for pickup at the Miami airport. What’s App(ed) via communication that we had our bags and would be at door #7 for pickup. At 6:50 pm he finally showed up. Why so late? I was told by the operator that he picked up the wrong person and was going to turn around and drop her off and come get us. That was 6:16 pm. So, he never returned until 6:50 pm. Obviously, he took her to her now free destination and we had to wait. So, that was a lie. Next, he said he drove her to the Ft Lauderdale cruise port which was another lie because there is no way he could have taken her there and returned in 35 minutes. Apparently, he said she had the same name as me. I told the operator I had on a jean jacket with blue pants. The driver (when he finally showed up) showed me a picture. She had on a beige sweater and jeans. So upset we had to go through this situation. The driver never apologized. I would like to be reimbursed the amount paid for this transportation. Should be $102.00. I have been a long-time customer of Viator. Please respond to this complaint.

On time, so polite, clean,reasonable price . Communication was good. Notified when said they would. Alittle hard to schedule, but once I spoke to someone live, very easy.

Gustavo was pleasant, professional and courteous. He is an excellent driver and very patient in heavy traffic, especially when the children started to cry!

Transfer service was unreliable. We provided our flight info, but no one showed up to pick us up. Disappointing experience—wouldn’t recommend.

The driver contacted me to finalize pick up place. He arrived at the correct time and location. Was very accommodating and professional. Will use the service again.
