Communication was excellent with operator. Driver was punctual, pulled up right behind our rental car so that we could easily load our heavy suitcases. He was very nice and the vehicle was spotless. They drove use to our Airbnb and even navigated up a narrow steep alley so we would get dropped off and picked right in front of the building. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

We ordered a luxury van and got a car where it was tight and uncomfortable. Driver was nice but sent wrong vehicle.
We have read your review and would like to clarify that the product description clearly states that transportation for 2 passengers, as in your case, is provided by a Mercedes Sedan, which is exactly what was arranged and provided for your booking. For 3 to 7 passengers, transportation is provided by a Mercedes Mini Van, as mentioned in your review. Therefore, we believe this review is based on a misunderstanding and may have been intended for another company or booking. We kindly ask you to review the product description, where the vehicle types are clearly specified, and remove the review accordingly. Reviews based on a misunderstanding of the service can create an inaccurate impression of our business and do not help us improve the service we provide.
We booked with Vip Transfer Athens, and everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Our driver, Yiannis, was waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a sign, making it incredibly easy to find him after our flight. He greeted us with a warm smile, helped us with our luggage, and escorted us to a clean, spacious, and comfortable Mini Van. During the drive, Yiannis was friendly, professional, and shared helpful tips about Athens, making us feel welcome from the very beginning of our trip. Our airport pickup was excellent. The driver was waiting for us with a sign exactly as described in the booking. He escorted us to a very comfortable, spacious, and spotless Mini Van. We had a great conversation with our driver, Yannis, who gave us many helpful recommendations about Athens, including places to visit and excellent local restaurants. This was not a meet and greet service. It was a taxi that I had to leave the airport and wait for the driver to arrive. If you want true meet and greet book with another company
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Our service is a Meet & Greet service. Your driver was waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. As you can see from the reviews of many of our previous guests, our driver, Margarita, is highly appreciated for her professionalism. After you informed her by phone that you had collected your luggage, she offered to bring the vehicle closer to the terminal so you would not have to walk to the parking area. She asked if you preferred to be picked up directly outside the terminal, where she would meet you with your name sign before escorting you to the vehicle. In any case, we appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing our service. We wish you all the best and hope you enjoy the rest of your trip.
I’ve used VIP Transfer Athens for eight transfers in the past year, and they provide amazing service. They’ve taken me to and from the port, my hotel, and the airport. They are so easy to coordinate with via WhatsApp, their drivers are extremely efficient and friendly, and their vans are immaculate and new. This year I set up four trips well in advance and they were ready and on-time for each one. When we arrived in Athens, it was great to know that after a 10-hour flight, immigration, luggage retrieval, and customs that they were waiting to take us directly to your hotel. Similarly, for returns to the airport or transfers to the port, they are always there on time with the friendliest drivers and clean air conditioned vehicles. As an example of the great service they provide, for our port transfer, there wasn’t any time urgency, so our driver Giannis suggested the scenic route along the sea, which was beautiful and allowed us to see the massive beachfront development Athens is working on. They are now my primary transportation service in Athens, and I highly recommend them.

Arriving at a new airport on an international flight is a bit chaotic but having a driver meet you as you exit baggage claim helps calm everything down. We now had someone to guide us and provide a comfortable ride to our hotel. The car was nice, there was a cold bottle of water for us and she provided some information on what we were seeing as we traveled to our destination. Thank you!
