Easy to meet driver at busy port. We were very tired and the driver respected that. It was a nice, quiet, comfortable ride. Price was higher than competitors but we wanted to use the same company for all of our transfers.

Efficient & Friendly Transfer Service in Athens
Our driver Costa was on time picking us up at the cruise port when we disembarked from our ship. He was very friendly & helpful, dropping two of us at the airport & two at a local hotel. I would definitely recommend this company for transfers in Athens.

Driver to the port
Our driver, Nick, did a nice job transporting us from the hotel to the cruise ship port. We felt safe and he provided information about the area. We arrived at the port early. A great stray to our vacation.

Less then expected
We have always had very good experiences when booking with Viator however this transfer from the port of Athens to our hotel near the airport was less than comfortable. We were expecting back car service as we had in all past trips. Today a yellow taxi came to pick us up. For what I paid, I really expected better service. No water was offered and driver would not speak to us.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the transfer did not meet your expectations.
We would, however, like to clarify an important point regarding the service booked. Our product is a private transfer, meaning that only your group participates in the transfer and there are no other passengers sharing the ride. It does not necessarily mean that the vehicle itself is a private-hire car. For this reason, our listing includes photos of the licensed yellow Athens taxis that may be used for our private transfers.
That said, we understand that you were expecting a private-hire vehicle based on your previous experiences, and we’re sorry if the distinction was not clear when you made your booking. We also regret that the driver’s communication and the lack of water contributed to a less comfortable experience.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make the nature of our service as clear as possible to our guests.

Perfect pick up 3 times in Athens.
We are very grateful for the prompt and professional of the drivers and office team at My Athens Transfers. We had set up a ride from the airport to hotel. Hotel to the cruise port. And, from the cruise port two weeks later back to the airport. Clean cars and courteous drivers. This was a big stress relief taken away from a long journey.

Reliable service. Driver picked us up at the airport and dropped us off to our respective hotel locations. Driver returned to our hotel to transport us to the port.
The downside was that the driver was not very personable.
