MCO空港/ホテルとポートカナベラル/ココアビーチ（One Way Private）

Waited over 1.5 hours for pickup at the Canaveral cruise terminal. Dispatch did their best, but drivers claimed the bridge being up stopped them from getting to us. This is unreasonable for a 1.5 miles trip.

Those was perfect overall. Picked us up in easy location at MCO and easy drive down. Driver was very friendly and great job.

The whole operation was first class. Everyone, especially Karen, was extremely efficient, staying in touch with us throughout. The driver was also top notch. We would without hesitation use your services again.

We love them!! Rebecca helped us with all our transportation needs while on our trip.They picked up my party of 12 and easily git is ro our Hotel.The drivers are so friendly..we had Alex and Rhet pick us up and took us to the port the next day ..timley and safely and we made arrangements to be picked up after our cruise and be taken directly to MCO..the experiences have been terrific and we only use them now.

Their dispatcher was extremely rude. We had a large party of 11 , the hotel got involved and they agreed to our time. Upon deboarding our ship, our group of 11, which included 3 small children and a wheelchair member, were looking for Beech Line shuttle. We were told to go left by Sheriff’s car. Well there was no sheriff, it was all the tour buses! We had to call and wait and wait… again dispatcher very rude. She was giving landmarks for us to look for that did not exist. Beech Line shuttle did not pay to have access to pick us up like the other shuttle services! It was an horrible experience. Will never use them again.

The mini-buss and drivers for both trips (to/from Orlando Airport to Cape Canaveral) were great. Everything was on-time, and connecting/coordinating pickups was straight forward. Viator coordinator sent texts the days leading up to each leg of the trip with info re: vehicle descriptions, drivers names and pickup details. The mini-bus was a perfect size for our family, kids and cruise luggage. We've had good experience with Viator tours in various holiday locations, but this was the first time they basically provided transportation between 2 destinations. Good job to the whole team.

January 19, 2025 eight of us prepaid to use this shuttle, Beachine Transportation from our hotel, in Cocoa Beach to MSC port. After making sure the driver had all our luggage we proceeded and the entire time we were on the shuttle he spoke to a friend on the speaker. He also did not allow us out to personal oversee getting our luggage and he did not remain to make sure we had all our luggage once we we left off the bus Long story short..there was one port stop before ours..passengers released only after he, alone went out to get luggage. He proceeded to our port..still talking to his friend..and repeated the process of unloading without our presence and then leaving immediately. I noted my husband’s carry on not there, my son-in-law ran after bus and made him look inside container..it not there. We immediately contacted the shuttle company to let them know and try to locate as we had a few hours before leaving. They never even tried as we found out when we called from the ship the next day. My husband had only the clothes on his back for the entire week, as we were unable to find/replace most of his clothes on the private island and ports visited. When we got home we contacted the shuttle to try to have them take responsibility for the loss of his luggage and clothes and we only got an email to contact him at…which he has ignored despite the fact that our luggage was lost while on ships shuttle due to an irresponsible driver whose unprofessional actions left it somewhere before we ever got to the port. Imagine the week we endured keeping my husband in clean underclothes, socks etc. since we were only able to find and purchase a few shirts. That left a lot of necessary clean clothes gone…yes a constant vacation of constantly rewashing to try and have clean clothes

I could not believe it when I got picked up in an old dirty van with a trailer for luggage at the airport to the hotel. Regret chosing this company! It was recommended through Beachside Hotel and Suites. Shame on them! Had also booked transfer to cruise ship. When I saw a white bus with another trailer, I called an uber. Expect this in a third world country and I never saw that! Took a chance from the ship to airport since it was already paid for. Finally a nice clean van! Do not recommend this company!! Not much class! The only good thing was the drivers were nice. Never again!

Beach Line was awesome. From pick up at the hotel to the port. And pick up and return to Sanford airport. Rick kept in touch on when he would arrive at the port. Rick went above and beyond when I realized I left my sunglasses on the shuttle. I cannot recommend them enough. On time, courteous. Will use them again when in the area!

Our driver Sebastian wan really awesome. He stayed in touch and drove safely! Also Lori was really awesome when we were making our travel plans. Thank you!!!!
