We had a great experience with our transfer from our Orlando hotel to Port Canaveral with Adan. We had a group of 10 family members, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Adan was prompt, helpful, friendly, and very communicative throughout the trip. He made sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of, and he was genuinely engaging with our group. He even took a group photo for us and joined in when we sang “Happy Birthday” to one of our family members, which was a really nice personal touch. For a large group, having a reliable and personable driver makes a big difference, and Adan delivered. We would definitely recommend him and would be happy to have him drive us again on our next trip!

Orlando, my driver, was already waiting when I arrived at the airport… he was a tremendous help gathering my luggage and getting me safely to my destination. He was extremely polite and friendly.

Gus, our driver, arrived on time, had good communication with me about logistics, loaded and unloaded our bags, and was courteous. We made it to the cruise ship terminal in a timely manner with no problems.

First of all I thought I was booking through Viator, however they turned over the booking to a company called " Around the clock" Who the company was that contacted me. Imagine my surprise when I did not know who the company was. I booked for a 10 am hotel pick up . I received a text at 8 am that morning, said the driver Orlando was "on his way to pick us up" We were just barely out of bed, and the one hour drive would put us at the port at 9 am for a noon check in time. I had to call their office to make sure the driver did not come until the appointed time. That morning, I spoke to the girl in the office about booking a return driver, she had lots of difficulty processing the booking, sent it to me with someone else's name on it asking me to load my credit card information, I refused and she had to back my information and start over. It was very confusing. Then Orlando came at 10 AM, once on the road he was driving 80 MPH , which again was rushing our check in time. I asked him to go the speed limit, he slowed to 75 MPH. His response was "all the other cars are going over the speed limit too" . He accommodated us for a rest stop and then we continued our drive to the port. We were dropped right at the door, for a wheel chair assistance . For the return= We booked a 10 passenger van for the return trip to MCO on 7/20/26. The van had only a very tiny logo / name on the bottom of the van, which could hardly be seen in the swarms of people at the port. There was no appointed meet up location. I called to find out where he was , he said a location, but we could not find him, then he moved, I was walking up to other vans to ask the drivers name , checked several black vans, no luck. Then I called him again, asked him where he was. He said he was parked in front of a post with a number on it. We were standing in front of that post, no van. Then i told him specifically where we were standing, he said I will come to you. He said " I will be holding up a sign with your name on it." When he pulled up he got out and held up a small tablet with a blacked out screen that could not be seen nor read in the bright Florida sun! We were able to see the very tiny " ATC" logo printed at the very bottom of the sliding door on the passenger side of the van. The van was clean and roomy as there were only 8 of us. The drive back to the airport was comfortable, but if our connections would have been tight, we would not have made it with all the confusion and trouble with the initial P/U. I am relieved we made it there and back, but I would seek out another option in the future.

Airports seem to go through cycles from what I have seen. The Orlando airport seems to be in one of those. Overall, it is still a great airport in terms of the range of shops, dining, and layout. The condition, however, does not appear to be as well kept as it has been in the past. All in all, it is still a great airport but looks to be in need of improvement.
