Very professional service, smooth pick up! We had several flight delays and our driver, Claudia, stayed in touch with us all afternoon. Her directions to our pick up spot were exact!
Great communication with Claudia, the driver. Knew exactly where she would meet us so everything was seamless.
Storms in Orlando closed the ramp and our baggage was delayed but our driver was patient and kind and our party of 7 had a comfortable ride to the coast while other ground transport was off schedule and backed up. Our driver Adan kept communicating with us and provided clear meeting instructions.

Our driver Orlando was absolutely sensational. We arrived 1 hourr early and he was waiting for us at baggage claim. He took the time to track out flight and made sure we did not have to sit for 90 minutes. Drove was smooth and great conversation
