In our shared classes, we follow a set menu so that all guests can cook together and enjoy a smooth experience. That said, whenever requests are communicated before hand, reasonable and compatible with the logistics of a shared class setting, we do our best to accommodate individual preferences and dietary needs. For guests seeking complete flexibility, we also offer private classes where menus can be customized entirely around personal tastes and interests.
