Very informative. Heavy on history. I Would have liked a bit more about the various city neighborhoods todaym.
Our guide had the perfect blend of dry humor and historical knowledge. We loved Maastricht 's old town as there was a lot to see.
Top hike with nice guide. You get to places you normally don't go or walk past. Highly recommended!
Super nice walk of 2 hours with a very good and nice guide, Gilbert. We got to points where you wouldn't normally go yourself. The explanation of the guide was also very instructive. If you enter the meeting place in Maps and navigation, you are on the wrong side of the street. You have to be at the Maastricht Shop on the other side
This was a fantastic tour! Our guide Wim clearly has a passion for history and brought all the stories to life. Normally I am not that interested in history, but because of Wim’s explanation about the highlights of Maastricht’s history I immediately started looking for books about the history of the city. The tour was in Dutch. Because we did the tour on the first afternoon of our trip, we could also appreciate the other sights we saw the next few days. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

Our guide was Joop, a retired architect. He guided us through the old town of Maastricht for two hours with a very good knowledge of the city's history, humor, and a unique perspective on things. We can recommend the tour without any reservations.
