We landed in Istanbul late at night, so we were a bit worried about the transfer. However, the meet-and-greet process was straightforward and well-organised. We had no trouble getting in touch with the team via WhatsApp and reached the vehicle without any issues. After such a long journey, it was really appreciated to receive such a comfortable service.

The instructions for meeting at the airport were very clear; we simply found the person there to meet us, who told us to wait. Seventeen minutes later, they brought us to our car and left; everything had been organised. As the roads were closed, the driver dropped us off as close as possible to the hotel, so we had to walk with our luggage. The driver had given us directions; thank you to Conciora for the service.
