Very helpful We were picked up at port after our cruise They sent us a video with directions where to meet the driver So much easier then written instructions Driver was waiting for us when we go out I would recommend them

The sign is on a fence and not being held by a person. If you know this, good service. We have to call to find out. It all ended okay and the ride was fine.
