I paid in advance for a Benz business car and received a van. Different vehicle and different price but no one seemed to care. It was my 1st time using Viator and this was a terrible impression.
Dear customer, you are wrong in thinking that you book only a specific car model. There is no such. For a specific car model, you should have contacted us to ask about it, or specify in special requirements about a specific car model. We provide different types of cars for the same class. Please next time be more careful when booking and read everything that is written about the service. Thank you!
