It’s been great experience with the company. Booked directly with them. The driver showed up on time and wait for us at pick up spot even though cars are not allowed on the street we stayed at. Fixed price as shown on the booking. We had early flight and got a pick up at 5am. Everything was seamless. Would highly recommend.
I’ve booked this Pick up service before 1 week of our arrival, even tho when my family arrived they said it’s by order line and you have to wait and they waited more than 1 hour. I wish I was there to show them how to wait after arrival hours more extra for paid private transfer…. Never trust them they don’t pick you up

It was on overall OK experience. But the worst part was when the driver refused to give back the change due after we paid. He said he did not have change but it was clear he did not want to return the money owed. It should be the customer's choice on how much they want to tip.
Excellent experience. A good weekend starts with a nice limo transfer.
