Visited Istanbul first time, I contacted them, hearing that the yellow cab system is a scam, which is truly true. The Rento car, didn't give me any grief, they were professional, nice, neat and clean mini van, arrived on time and prices are not beyond reasonable range. I will recommend them with out hesitation.

I had booked my trip but I got "a little" lost in the immense airport. I arrived late but they quickly found me another driver. Moreover, someone very helpful and honest. Top.

I booked a round trip van transfer with Rento from IST to our hotel in Taksim and back, and I had a very good experience. The whole reservation process was easy and smooth. I appreviate communication through WhatsApp. The person who handled the booking spoke fluent English, which made booking process so easy. The van itself was clean and spacious. The driver turned on air conditioning, which was great. I suggest round trip reservation as you get good amount of discount. My return trip from Taksim to IST airport cost me $ 42, while the hotel reception offered their own airport transportation for $ 65.

We had a great first leg of the trip. Everything went as planned. When we were going back to the airport the driver made us walk 10 mins away from our hotel with all our luggage on the cobblestone streets. There was 10 of us and some were 60+ making it difficult. He then charged us more than what Rento originally told us. He ruined the whole experience.

A good adequate taxi price quality good! Also return trip picked up neatly on time. Spacious cars in short a must!
