プライベートイスタンブール空港（IST） 市内中心部への送迎

Excellent service, driver went out of his way to find tricky address in maze of narrow streets of Istanbul.

We used Rento for both a transfer to our hotel from the airport as well as a one way ride to Edirne. Other than having to wait a bit at the airport, the service was excellent. The drivers considerate and prompt, cars were clean and price was reasonable.

Very professional and valuable for money and kind guys

The man at the airport for the pick up was rude and obnoxious which would have been fine if our transfer vehicle was there. Not only was it not there but we waited, 20, 30, 40 minutes and still no car. He kept rudely saying 5 more minutes - that was rubbish and he was awful. When we finally were picked up, the driver had no idea where we were going - he had clearly been called in at the last minute. We are also fairly sure our driver took someone else which is why we were left behind. Trust this company at your peril in Istanbul! We gave them a second go for private transfer and it was worse. Feel free to read my other review. We regularly using private car services and this is the worst.

The whole process of booking with Rento (Taila Travel), receiving confirmation details, up front competitive pricing, WhatsApp easy communication and fast response times made this transport booking process smooth and re-assuring, especially for a couple new to Istanbul and not confident with their current taxi system. The pickup was prompt, on-time and Gokhan C. the driver was very friendly and hospitable. Excellent driving and very efficient in getting us from Karikoy to the international IST airport seamlessly. Thank you Rento for the excellent service!

They handled my 70 wedding guests over the course of 3 days very well. They were helpful, well organised with reasonable fees.

Very good service from the staff!

We had a super kind driver, who was hands on helping with luggage (we had a surfboards and huge suit cases) . He was friendly, reliable and quick. We had some water bottles ready for us and he gave us some info while driving through Istanbul. In general I would recommend to use this service, specially if you travel with a lot of luggage and kids. For us it was the first time and we will use it again. Thanks for the amazing communication.

We are very happy with their service. No delays, very easy to communicate with them. Good job,Rento, we will definitely use you again.

I messaged the company on WhatsApp and asked for a shuttle from the city center to Istanbul airport for 2 am. We agreed on a price and had a great trip to the airport. Friendly driver and company. Fixed price so no need to worry about being asked to pay extra like local taxis.
