I have never been in a place disgusting as ist airport ( new airport) I’ve been in both places arrival and departure and I regret for being there everyday ; however, be aware of thieves everywhere in ist new airport especially if you deal with the turkish airline there. Because they are in turkey they act as they are racist, charlatan and rude. They gave me my boarding pass but they prevent me from getting in to my flight and instead of putting me in their next flight they made me to exit the departure gate . Even their own employees were surprised to see what they were doing only to make me purchase another ticket for flight from their new airport. I am really disappointed that they stole my money from my ticket and made me to buy another ticket. Here is my warning to the people around the world to not go to Istanbul because it’s full of thieves and to stay away from turkish airlines all over the world because they are racist, extremely rude who are not even human. They are creatures that are robbing you in a day light right in front of your eyes. Stay away from ist new airport in istunbul turkey.

Our driver was a No Show @6:30AM for early flight. No one responded to our messages to find out the status. We had to call a taxi to get us to the airport in time.

I had to message them on WhatsApp using the phone number on the description to set up both rides. However once I message, they answered right away and were on time. They even send me a video on how to find them in IIST. The vehicles are spacious and clean. Both drivers were professional. This was way more pricey than a regular taxi.

The airport to hotel fare in normal cab would have been $38. You charged $70 Not cool 😩 Very disappointing

Berk was our private tour guide and he was excellent. It was just my husband and myself on the tour and he was very patient with us. The tour was a long day and it was very hot and sunny but Berk moved at our pace. Berk met us at our hotel and arranged a taxi to the old town. He was extremely knowledgeable and spoke perfect English, and was very helpful translating for me in the pharmacy. If you are considering a trip to Istanbul, and you are looking to hit the historic sites Berk is your man.

We had a great experience with our transfer to and from hotel to airport. Drivers were on time and drove safely. I’d like to add that our hotel was in a restricted area because of main attractions like Hagia Sophia Mosque in Istanbul and the drivers did their very best to leave us and pick us up as close as possible from hotel. Just a few meters away! We recommend using this service!

Message the provider giving them Airline Flight number, confirm hotel, and esimated time of arrival confirming number of passengers and bags. Ask for the video directions to the meeting point in tge garage level. Excellent service very nice people.

This transfer service made getting to the airport on the last day of our vacation super stress free and easy.
