Japan Trip 3 Tokyo to Haneda transfer
The driver kept contact with us days before the pick up. The driver was present at the pick up point on time. The company kept us in the loop at all times and the transfer to the airport was relatively smooth and timely.

Friends and very accommodating!
They were incredibly helpful in preparing a driver for our late arrival. The flight was delayed 4 times, they were very accommodating and incredible communication!

DO NOT book with them unless you want the run around if there is an emergency!
The booking company was not responsive nor accommodating due to the typhoon that hit Tokyo. I alerted them over 12-hours to request a change and they gave me the run-around, responding to me two-hours before the scheduled pick-up. They kept on saying to contact Viator or the local driver. DO NOT book with them! Horrible experience!

Great communication. We arrived early, got lost in parking garage. Very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Dangerous driver
Dangerous. Licensed airport transfers use the taxi zone. This was not a licensed operator. She was constantly scrolling on her phone while driving. Not a comfortable ride.

Disappointed but eventually made it to hotel
Frustrating. The add shows person meeting us in terminal with sign. Upon arrival we were told that original driver could not make it and replacement was assigned. After connecting with driver we were instructed to find them down a level, outside which was extremely difficult to navigate for someone unfamiliar with only in terminal wifi. After finding driver he was pleasant and got us to hotel. The advertising was deceptive and created major stress after 13 hour flight.
