Cherry Tomato provides the BEST airport pick up service ever! I have used them several times before and they never disappoint. The agent was there waiting patiently for us even though our flight was delayed OVER 2 hours due to weather conditions - snow storm and a minor aircraft issue. He did not complain or treated us any differently. very professional, courteous and friendly. This was amazing, but not surprise. Have always received this high-class service. It was extremely EASY to find him at the airport. Especially after such a long flight. A BIG THANK You! Note, i have used other airport service before and believe me No service is better that Cherry Tomato. I would give them a 10+ rating. Professional Service, received text prior to landing where to meet, Gentleman waiting with sign and our name in easy sight. Safe driver took us to hotel. Spotless clean car. Assisted with luggage.
The driver met us at the terminal and was very helpful and courteous. Vehicle was clean and comfortable.

Excellent communication, which made all the difference in the world when we had a 3hr flight delay. It was very easy to locate the driver as they met us, and the personalized service made the transfer smooth, comfortable, and efficient. My husband, son, mother and myself were all grateful for their assistance.
Driver was not there when we arrived. I had to call and text the company to get a response, which eventually required me to walk down a bunch of stairs with my luggage to find my driver parked outside.
We arrived Haneda early am - 5 am and Driver was on time, seen with a sign - easy to spot. Very helpful
The transfer operator was Cherry Tomato. Vehicle was as per advertisement & was in an excellent condition. Driver had his welcome board, was easy to identify. Driver was courteous & assisted with luggage. All round excellent. Many thanks
