Absolutely the best service ever!!! The driver was very punctual, easy to find, very professional, yet friendly.. The vehicle was spotless and we had a very smooth ride.
Driver was very helpful, but especially safe and careful while driving. His car was very clean and comfortable. I believe there were 3 bottles of water available for us. This ride set a perfect start to our Japan vacation.
Excellent experience very friendly. He met us at the right spot on time and I was impressed it worked so well given how easy it was to book too.
Due to airline delay, we called and attempted to change the arrival time & date. However since they were already paid, they wouldn’t accommodate. No ride … disappointed. Best no to book until arrival to Japan.
The meetup location sent in the vendor’s message was not accurate, hence the problem in locating the driver. Otherwise, the service was good.

my driver Taka was there holding a sign with my name when i arrived. he was waiting for another person but he/she did not come so i had a private ride to my hotel. convenient and recommend!
Met us directly outside customs with sign with name. Had to wait awhile for another passenger but driver took all our luggage and led us to the exit. Had to wait just a couple of minutes while he brought the van up. Loaded our luggage and off we went. Easy drive and at the other end unloaded our luggage.
Driver was nice and accommodating but we sat around for an hour and a half until all the others arrived and joined us. Would not recommend this.
