The driver was waiting for us at HND Airport, although it took us a while to find him as he was not at the frontline when we walked out the arrival gate. The shuttle was roomy and comfortable, and driver was very polite and friendly. We arrived our Yokohama Hotel promptly with no any problems.
Prompt service, a courteous and knowledgeable driver, we couldn’t ask for more. Our driver was right where he said he would be and there was no wait in getting on the road to Yokohama.
Great, he was already at the arrival area waiting for us. The car is super clean and the trip to the port is super!
Excellent in all aspects. Found us right away outside customs. Van was new and clean. Excellent and very polite driver who refused our tip. That’s what I call service.
Very professional. Driver was was waiting right outside custom area and drove us safely to destination.
Excellent service! Driver was waiting for us with names on a board and vehicle was lovely! Leather seats and first class drive all the way to the hotel. Would definitely recommend as a transfer from the airport. Communication prior to pick up was great via WhatsApp and we were able to contact re hold up at airport due weather.
Driver was delayed by about 15 minutes but the directions were excellent. Car was questionable that all the luggage would fit but it did barely. Trip was direct to the hotel and took about 30 minutes. Certainly was a welcome ride after a 14 hour flight. Driver didn't speak Engish. I would recommend this company.
The driver was prompt and easy to find right from the airport exit. It was such a relief to get from the airport to hotel without worry or hassle!
