We had a lovely day on the boat with plenty of opportunity to swim in the sea at all 3 bays visited. The buffet lunch was very nice and plentiful. Complimentary beer and wine were offered with lunch, with soft drinks, tea/coffee were available all day. The crew were friendly and helpful. Being a bit safety conscious around water, I would advise that 1 of your group stays on board as top cover if you are snorkeling as the crew are too busy to act as life guards. I would recommend these smaller boats over the larger ones as they are far less crowded, albeit they are marginally more expensive. A lovely day out cruising! Would you again.

Great trip - disappointed with the hotel transfer
A very pleasurable tour - the transfer in the morning didn’t work. Supposed to come at 830 at 852 we jumped in a taxi as we felt we might not get there to board at 9. They came at 858 and then called me - no refund - the boat is good - just note you don’t actually step onto Gozo

Regarding the morning transfer, we’re sorry for the delay. The transfer was running late due to traffic then. As you had already decided to take a taxi at 08:52, the transfer had unfortunately been missed. We would therefore like to clarify that the transfer did arrive at the agreed pick-up point and was not cancelled or unavailable.
With regards to Gozo, our itinerary includes a scenic stop around Gozo rather than a disembarkation on the island itself, as stated in the tour information.

Full day boat trip with plenty time to swim and snorkel
Booked direct with Hera including transfer from hotel Solana in Mellieha. Pick up at 8am, got to boat at Sliema at 9am. Boarded and set sail just after 9.30am.
Sailed up coast, sandwich snack at 10.30, then 30 min swim stop at north Malta, then onto Gozo for 1hr stop .., swam and snorkelled then buffet lunch in boat with wine/beer available. Sailed back to blue lagoon at Comino where anchored for 90mins. Able to walk off boat and explore (must have blue lagoon pass which you register for once you’ve booked trip .. it’s free of charge), or just spend time snorkelling. Loads of boats so you have to be pretty aware of this when in the water. Clear water like being in a swimming pool, east to see fish and the sandy sea floor. Also option to do a 20min power boat ride to caves and elephant rock (what’s left if it after recent collapse).
Free water and soft drinks and coffee all day which was great. Toilets on board and plenty place to shade.
Only issue was transfer back to hotel at end of trip …. All customers on one large bus that went through every town! Took nearly 2hours to be dropped back compared to the 1hr journey on the way there !!!
In retrospect should have done own transfers via Bolt or Uber as would have been same price.

Fab day trip with guides
Wonderful day cruise. Great swimming stops. Crew were very friendly and helpful offering snorkle gear and floats or noodles if required. The food was great and plenty of it.
I would recommend this tour to anyone especially swimmers or divers

Great cruise.
Spent the day with Hera cruises out of Malta. I thought value for money was second to none. The crew was really really good and the food was verygood.

Great cruise

A fantastic day out!
We were so glad we did this tour. The bays and swim spots were phenomenal and the crew were very friendly. No issues with pick up and drop off and the lunch was quite tasty too. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Malta

Crystal and Blue Lagoon Day Trip
Nice trip with a sailing boat to Crystal and Blue Lagoon. Softdrinks included. Delicious cold lunch with beer and wine included. Blue lagoon was a bit crowded but still worth it. A nice day trip. Thanks to Raffaele and the whole crew

Perfect day trip was prepared for crowds
Very good on board the boat. However, there were very many people with it. You couldn't fit in almost. Despite this, the atmosphere was relaxed and there were very nice staff. 3 stop was great! We went snorkeling and swimming several times. However, Blue Lagoon was a disaster! So many people in such a small space … it was horrible . Probably better off season. We took a quick dip to “have done it” then we got back to the boat. The place is beautiful without all the people.

Bezüglich der Anzahl der Gäste an Bord möchten wir erwähnen, dass unser Boot zwar für 180 Passagiere zugelassen ist, wir die Kapazität jedoch stets auf maximal 100 Gäste begrenzen, um mehr Platz und Komfort zu gewährleisten. Wie Sie schon sagten, kann es in der Hochsaison dennoch voller wirken – besonders im Vergleich zu ruhigeren Monaten.
Wir verstehen Ihre Anmerkungen zur Blue Lagoon vollkommen – sie ist in der Tat ein wunderschöner Ort, kann aber gerade im Sommer sehr überfüllt sein. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie die anderen Teile des Ausflugs dennoch genießen konnten und würden uns freuen, Sie vielleicht in der Nebensaison wieder an Bord begrüßen zu dürfen, damit Sie die Lagune in einer ruhigeren Atmosphäre erleben können.
