We booked an SUV to take us from Ninh Binh to the airport. The driver arrived in a smaller car and said he’d had car issues and could change the vehicle but it would take 20 minutes. We didn’t want to wait an extra 20 minutes so said no.
The vehicle was hot, there weren’t any shades in the back, there wasn’t much room. He played his music the whole way and I had to sit cramped up behind him in the sun using my own fan to cool down. Not a very pleasant trip. It would have been cheaper just getting a Grab.

Hello
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the journey was not as comfortable as expected.
Could you please provide us with your booking reference so we can check the trip details, vehicle assigned, and what happened with the vehicle change?
As a general principle, if an SUV is booked, we arrange an SUV for the journey. If the originally assigned vehicle has a problem, our team will arrange a suitable replacement. In this case, we would like to verify the details before drawing any conclusions.
Thank you for helping us investigate this properly.

We booked a transfer between Ninh Binh and Hanoi Airport in the middle of the night, leaving 2:45am. The driver was on time, drove very well and was really nice. We are delighted and warmly recommend. Perfect value for money.

Great private car from Ninh Binh to Hanoi airport !
On my way to Ninh Binh I booked a “limousine” service with another provider and it was so bad. So I decided to get private car pick up from my homestay in Ninh Binh to Hanoi airport and it was EXCELLENT ! Great communication, driver arrived even a little early to pick me up, was lovely, drove well and safely and even stopped so I could use a bathroom. I highly recommend booking !
