Very unpleasant experience- I travel a great deal and always use Viator
This was an entirely different experience than was described
There was supposed to be an opportunity to watch a beautiful sunset- instead the captain was screaming at his mate who couldn’t get the sail up while we experienced 6-8 ft swells
No mention of life vests-even for the one year old baby aboard- one passenger got ill
I do understand that the weather and sea are unpredictable but I would expect someone who does this for a living to have handled this situation better
This was a scary and unpleasant experience

Scary and not what you expect
It was terrible. There were 8 of us tucked in the back of the boat with a table between us and no leg room. The life jackets were stored down below with uneasy access to them. The trip was boring. There weren’t any fish to see when snorkeling. The picture on the website of the boat sitting at Rhenia is misleading. And the ride back to the dock was harrowing.The mainsail was stuck and the first mate jumped from the back of the boat to the bow with a metal handle cranking at something to try to get it to move. It was not automatic. Back and forth he went putting the handle on something and cranking and cranking as both his and the captain’s stress levels increased, the captain yelled ant him in Greek while we were rocked from side to with the 6 foot swells that tossed us about and soaked us. There was no chance at getting the life jackets. We were trapped at the mercy of the captain and the sea. And forget about the sunset.We couldn’t take a picture if we wanted to because of how much the boat was rocking and the captain was in the way. We couldn’t[ wait to get back to the dock and get off the boat.

One of the best evenings of our stay in Mykonos!
We were all alone on the cruise and got amazing views, delicious food, and great wine. We snorkeled among beautiful fish in crystal-clear water and tried paddleboarding, which was such a fun bonus.
But the way back to Little Venice was truly unbelievable — we saw dolphins swimming alongside the boat as the sunset painted the sky in shades of orange and pink. It felt like something out of a dream.
The crew was incredibly friendly and made us feel both safe and special throughout the whole experience. If you’re looking for a magical, peaceful escape from the crowded beaches, this cruise is a must.
Highly recommended — a memory we’ll treasure forever!

What an afternoon!
What a wonderful experience we had swimming, sailing, with a breathtaking sunset in Mykonos. There were only 2 others on the boat, so it was quiet and relaxing. The meal provided was wonderful. I would highly recommend the experience!

Tour canceled ~30 mins before start time
Overall extremely disappointing experience, and reading through the viator reviews (read after the experience unfortunately, wish I had read before booking), this is not the first time a situation like mine has occurred with this company. Booked a sunset tour that was supposed to start at 4pm with a pickup in front of the place I was staying. At 2:16 they sent a message through viator (no whatsapp message or call) that I was expected to meet them at 3:10 at a point that was a 12 min walk from the address I provided during booking. At 3:18, they finally contacted me through whatsapp in a very aggressive and rude manner. As I was not aware of the change to the pickup location until that phone call, I started walking towards the new pickup location, since thankfully I was already at the original pickup location. A few minutes later, they called again to say that they had left because they said they had been waiting for too long, so my tour was canceled more than half an hour before it was supposed to have even begun. Don't recommend.

Please understand that delays can affect the overall operation and the safety of the trip, especially when coordinating a sunset cruise with specific time constraints.

Highlight of our trip!
We had such a wonderful experience! Our hosts were very fun and informative. The food offered was incredible! Time seemed to have stood still on our trip. I took my mom and there was only one couple with us who had great experience! Highly recommend

We had a really good time on the sunset cruise - would recommend! The crew was knowledgeable and friendly.
When booking through Viator there wasn’t much info regarding the pick up details but the host was responsive to chat. We had a 345 pick up for a 4 pm start at old port in front of Faro cafe. Cruise was more like 3.5-4 hrs, ends once sun sets

don’t use this tour company. The tour did not happen and I have not been refunded.
The tour did not happen. I was not notified. Not by email. Not by phone call. Not by text message. Not by WhatsApp. The tour still showed active, as it does now.I patiently waited in my hotel. I had to reach out to the tour Director, who didn’t respond for a long time and ultimately told me they had canceled it, after my tour was supposed to have begun. I still have not been refunded.

Magical sunset trip
My husband and I had the most amazing time as it turned out we were the only couple to book this excursion the night we did. The crew, was so nice and catered to our needs during the excursion. The boat ride to Rhenia was so beautiful, then swim in crystal clear waters along with a delicious meal was just so delightful. All at sunset! What better way to see it than from the sea coastline of Mykonos. Highly recommend this trip.

Beautiful destinations but the ride was awful.
There were wind warnings that day. I don't think we should have went out, seas were very rough going out and coming in. The stop at Renia was awesome as well as the meal and the sunset portion once we were closer to shore. But most of the trip was coming or going out to sea and it was not enjoyable at all with as bad as the winds were. Also didn't message us to arrange pick up to a couple hours before and they were late picking up with no communication.
