Avoid them, they lie brutally about the schedules, terrible customer service! My bus was supposed to leave at 11:50 from Ciampino for Termini, the next one would have been at 12:20, and at 12:47 we finally left. To my question about what was happening, they answered me "it changed". I literally waited 1h.

Opted for the bus ride instead of the express train from Rome Termini to get one more chance of seeing some parts of the city, on the run, that I failed to set foot on. The ride to Fiumicino airport took approx 45 minutes, thankfully with minimal traffic at that time in the morning, and was dropped at Terminal 3.

I don’t recommend it at all. The first and worst experience in Roma. I haven’t something like this in the whole world. Be careful at the airport and avoid them. We were waiting 45 mins for the bus and then another 30 mins, because they were waiting to fill whole bus… they don’t care about passengers at all + are arrogant (of course a bus drive is a victim as well).

UNTRUSTWORTHY! There was a bus for Fiumicino airport in front of Termini station, the driver was not there, I bought a ticket online thinking that the bus was going to depart at the time showed on screen, only after the expected departure time I managed to get hold of the driver that informed me that the coach I was willing to take had been cancelled. The next bus was too late for me. I requested a ticket reimburse by several emails and telephone calls but no reply.

Review Shameful and absolutely unreliable service. We had purchased a round-trip ticket and, while the outbound trip was carried out regularly, the return from Ciampino to Roma Termini never showed up. The trip was indicated on the board for 10:30 PM. We landed at 10:10 PM and at 10:20 PM we were already at bay 3/T, therefore well in advance. We waited for the scheduled trip, but the bus never arrived, without any communication or explanation. I find it unacceptable to pay for a service and then find ourselves completely abandoned at the airport, especially at that hour and after a flight. If a trip is sold and indicated as regularly active, the least one expects is that it is carried out or that passengers are notified in case of cancellation. I absolutely do not recommend this service. A truly shameful experience.

They are completely dishonest; I arrived at the bus and the driver told me it was going to another place, and that the 9:00 PM bus had been canceled due to damage; I bought another ticket with another company. When I returned to the counter, they told me that the bus had departed normally at the correct time and that they would not refund my money. Based on the rating and other comments, it is clear that this is their modus operandi.

Bought tickets online via their website 30 minutes before departure and the confirmation did not arrive. Not even in Spam. Wasted €14. Staff outside the bus were very unhelpful.

Scam. Book with any other company. They lie about the times. It always says 5mins departing on the TV where you buy the ticket but they ultimately decide when they want to go. Complete scam and book elsewhere.

This company is horrible. They charge more than advertised. The next bus time sign on their desk is a screen shot and doesn’t change it always says 7 minutes. We waited at the station through three separate times they said buses would be here, about an hour . Horrible customer service as well just overall bad company. Lied about prices and bus times just to scam people into buying tickets

They are scammers; we bought a round-trip ticket, and on the return, they had canceled the trip. To arrive on time for our flight, we took a bus from another company, which we obviously had to pay for. We went to complain to get a refund for a service that was not provided, and they ignored us; they did not refund the difference. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
