Excellent, Driver was waiting right as we exited customs, took my wife’s bags and we proceeded for a short walk to the parking area. Van was excellent very clean, safe. Got yo out destination quickly and with zero issues.

Was not able to use trip because of error in arrival date. They charged me anyway. Then tried to schedule another trip for next day and got confirmation and then cancellation by Viator 3 times. Each time they rebooked they put price up. I found another way and gave up on Viator.

Our flight was delayed, so we asked via the viator site communication if they could pick us up the next day instead. They agreed and confirmed and then later said they were wrong and could not pick us up. We found other transportation. I requested a refund through their site, and they denied it. No service was provided, and no refund was given.

Our driver was wonderful. He was there when we arrived. Due to mixup by our Travel Agent he was looking for 4 people instead of just us two. Would not proceed until he was sure. Good attention to detail. Gave us good info on our way to the hotel.
