Great experience. The driver was waiting at the designated pick up area earlier than expected taking the guesswork out of whether we were at the correct location. There was a small language barrier which became apparent during the tour but we made it work. We highly recommend this service.

Great ride but driver was parked elsewhere
The arrangements were easy. The ride into Rome was comfortable and the driver took an efficient route. He was not waiting in the area where everyone pours into to meet their rides. He called me and said his car was elsewhere. He made it to us around 15 minutes later and the three of us walked around 10 minutes to his car.

Unfortunately, on very busy days, delays from a previous flight or from passengers taking longer than expected to exit can sometimes affect the following pickup. We always do our best to keep our guests informed, and fortunately your driver was able to meet you only a few minutes after you came out of baggage claim.
Regarding the walk to the vehicle, this unfortunately depends on Fiumicino Airport regulations and the location of the authorized parking areas available to private drivers, which are not directly outside the arrivals hall.

Very pleased!
I could not be more pleased with the service provided by this company! Our flight was delayed and we missed a connecting flight. I spoke with the company on the phone to alert them of this change and they were fantastic about coordinating with me to adjust the reservation to accommodate the new time, even on SUCH short notice! Our driver was punctual, very personable and kind, and the car was very clean! He even gave us some restaurant recommendations around our hotel!

10/10 transfers!
We used Mia Limo for our airport transfer to our hotel in Rome. Our driver, Matteo, was super kind and communicative on where he would be waiting for us. On the ride to our hotel he gave us a lot of good tips for hanging out in Rome. Would definitely recommend using them, especially Matteo!

Ride from FCO to the city
I had built in extra time for the pick up at the airport due to the unknown arrival immigration policies, but didn’t need it because we made it through the arrival process very quickly. Our driver was waiting at the pick up location early so there was no waiting. He was very pleasant in spite of the language barrier, showing us many important sites on the way to our hotel.
