Arrived on time but with a flat front tyre. Had to wait 30 minutes for him to leave to get air. Not sure why this was not noticed before pickup. Van was below average condition and not clean. Competitive price. Easy booking. Good comunication, although selected pay later and found that money had been deducted from credit card before pick-up. Pleasant driver.

Davide was quick to respond and easy to work with during the booking process. Mario was our driver. He contacted us before we even landed to let us know where he’d be. He was professional and friendly and even gave us a great dinner suggestion.

I highly recommend the service provided by Davide and his drivers. Davide was in touch with me for months leading up to our family trip to Rome. He made sure we were well taken care of even before we arrived in the airport. Upon arrival, our driver Mario was so friendly and professional and an incredibly safe driver. He was attentive to my whole family both for the trip from the airport to the hotel, as well as the day trip we organised from Rome to Assisi and back. He even bought us coffee and ice cream on the long journey during our day trip! Excellent driver and great service. Driver arrived at 5:45 AM for a 6 AM appointment. We were waiting on him for less than two minutes when he arrived. He loaded our luggage and us into the large passenger van and made sure we were comfortable. We arrived safely and he made sure we were at the right terminal. Outstanding 5 Star Service!!!!!
