Had an approved and paid for transfer. It was cancelled. Had to get an expensive Uber. Zero stars. Don’t book an airport transfer thru Viator. (They will pay me back next week).
Dear Luciana, we are really sorry we didnt have availability for your transfer. It was a very last minute reservation and we could not find any vehicle available for your transfer. We apologize for any inconvenience it might have caused you. We have issued a full refund. If you have any future travel needs, we'd be honored to assist you again Regards,
I had to call to find out the pick-up time from the hotel to airport. I received an email with pick-up time ~3am or so with pick-up time of 4:50am.
