古代アッピア街道を探索し始めましょう。この街道は、ほぼ無名のローマの通りから、独自に保存された古代の大通りへと徐々に変化し、現在はアッピア街道公園となっている牧歌的な楽園となっています。
4 時間のツアーでは、50 万人の魂が眠る地下の巨大な埋葬地をじっくりと眺める短い休憩があります。注意: 水曜日は、この停留所は 4 時間ツアーに含まれていません。 6 時間ツアーでは、2 世紀のこの地下墓地の複雑さと謎を 45 分間ガイド付きで見学します。注意: 水曜日の 6 時間ツアーでは、サン セバスティアーノの地下墓地 (サン カリクストゥスの地下墓地ではなく) を訪問します。

- このツアーのルートの約 40% は市内で行われます。慎重に選んだ市内の通りを走行しますが、アッピアン古代街道公園と水道橋公園を結ぶために多少の渋滞は避けられません。ルートの残り 60% (公園内を走る) では渋滞には遭遇しません。
- 走行距離は約 17 マイル (27 km) で、そのうち 60% はオフロードで行われます。このツアーの難易度は中級（自転車にチャイルドシートやチャイルドエクステンションを装着すると難しい）です。
- 安全上の理由から、1 歳未満の幼児は参加できません。
- チャイルドシート（耐荷重49ポンドまたは22キロまで）でご旅行の1～4歳のお子様は無料でツアーに参加できます
- 5 ～ 8 歳のお子様には、チャイルド エクステンション (チャイルド ストリームライナー) が提供されます。
- 9 歳以上の子供は、適切なサイズの電動自転車に自律的に乗ることができます。
- 最低参加人数は 4 名です (ツアー参加者の総数)。ツアー参加人数が3名以下の場合は確認の上、キャンセルとなる可能性がございます。このような事態が発生した場合、ツアーの代替案または全額返金が提供されます。
- 水曜日はルートに偏差値が含まれているため、ツアーが最大30分長くなることがあります（4時間ではなく4.5時間、6時間ではなく6,5時間）。 2026年1月14日～2月11日の期間も30分延長
- 復活祭の日曜日（2026年4月5日）は、カタコンベは閉鎖されます（そのため、6時間のツアーは実施されません）。
- このツアーには食べ物や飲み物は含まれません。ただし、このルートでは食べ物や飲み物を購入できる可能性がいくつかあります（適切な休憩中に摂取できます）。
- ツアーは安全ですか？答えは「その通りです！」です。ツアーは、交通量が制限されている慎重に計画されたルートをたどりますが、交通量がまったくないルートもあります。つまり、交通渋滞を心配する必要がなく、完全にリラックスして安全に市内観光を楽しむことができます。

Even on a very hot day in June, this is a great experience. Cycling in the wind while enjoying the magnificent sceneries around Rome is a must see/do!
It was my first ever bike tour and I enjoyed it. Everyone was very friendly. It was my first time on an e-bike and it was very easy to ride. Some sections are tight or bumpy so be careful if you are not confident. While riding, the pace is quite slow which might suit some people and not others.

With this current heatwave, I was regretting signing up for a biking tour. Boy am I glad I did! Getting on an e-bike and escaping the city heat turned out to be a very comfortable way to spend a very hot day! The route was fantastic and the guide (Sina) was knowledgeable and kind. Getting to see and learn more about the history of Rome from outside of the city swelter was a very cool way to spend the day.

Most amazing time ever. we were scared that 6 hours was long but everything you see is so amazing and worth every penny, multiple stops along the way made it so easy to complete and get the full history on everything. the guides and people are so nice as well. love love love
